CreaseAlign™ Return & Refund Policy

CreaseAlign™ is a product brand operated by Formis Systems, LLC.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Include your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Items returned beyond 30 days

  • Items not in original condition


Final Sale

Certain promotional or discounted items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
